Accra Majestics is a distinguished nonprofit sports academy nestled in the vibrant heart of Ghana. Established on July 10, 2021, by visionaries Rachel Ankomah and Khalil Njoya, our illustrious journey began as a rugby league club, evolving into a dynamic sports academy in October 2023. The academy features a logo characterized by a silverback gorilla wearing a golden crown with colours of red, black , green and gold.
Distinguished by a diverse spectrum of talent, our academy proudly features male, female, youth, and junior teams, each contributing to the rich tapestry of our sporting legacy. In a remarkable debut, we graced the 2022 Ghana Rugby League Men's Championship, clinching a commendable third place among seven formidable teams. Notably, our youth team achieved an outstanding second place in the youth championship, solidifying our commitment to nurturing both present and future athletic prowess.
As a community-centric organization, our commitment to corporate social responsibility is at the heart of our ethos. Embracing this philosophy, we have actively engaged in a spectrum of CSR events, ranging from invigorating beach clean-ups and spirited beach games to delectable cooking competitions, energizing fitness walks, and meaningful charitable works.
