Role Description:

1. Team Support: Provide essential support to the team manager in coordinating day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations during training sessions, matches, and team events.

2. Logistics Management: Assist in organizing logistics for the team, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team's schedule.

3. Communication Liaison: Act as a liaison between coaching staff, players, and management, ensuring clear and effective communication channels are maintained.

4. Game Day Operations: Be a vital part of the matchday experience by assisting in pre-game preparations, managing equipment, and coordinating team logistics during matches.

5. Player Support: Provide support to players, addressing their non-coaching needs, fostering a positive team environment, and contributing to the overall well-being of the squad.

6. Community Engagement: Assist in community outreach programs and events, promoting the Majestics' brand and connecting with fans.

7. Administrative Duties: Support with administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and other responsibilities to ensure the efficient functioning of the team.

Requirements:

- Passion for rugby league or sports in general and a strong understanding of the game.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

- Flexibility to work during weekends, particularly on matchdays.

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
